Description

You will define and drive the technical vision for AI-native and agentic systems, designing scalable enterprise-grade solutions. You'll collaborate with product and engineering leadership, mentor engineers, and ensure architectures are resilient and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in LLM architectures, prompt engineering, RAG
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed algorithms
• Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, Microservices
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, etc.) and storage (MongoDB, Cassandra)

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver architecture for AI-native agentic systems
• Create and evaluate failure mode scenarios for agentic workflows
• Drive technology transformation and adoption of AI-native architectures
• Collaborate with AI Platform team and Architecture Guild
• Define metrics, evaluation frameworks, and observability for agentic systems
