๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll drive the full sales cycle for Parkade's B2B SaaS platform, modernizing parking management for apartments and offices. You'll close inbound leads and master a building-by-building sales motion, building relationships with property managers. This role reports to the CEO initially and has clear growth paths.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Prospect, source, and close deals through cold outreach and inbound channels.
  • Master building-by-building sales and win buy-in from property managers.
  • Conduct consultative ROI pitches and technical discovery on building infrastructure.
  • Execute clean handoffs to Implementation and Success teams after contract signing.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a multi-stakeholder sales cycle.
  • Comfortable with financial acumen including budgets and ROI.
  • Experience with cold outreach and self-sourcing pipeline.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Recent startup experience with ambiguity.
  • Experience selling software in PropTech, especially to apartment/condo/office buildings.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata).
