• Handle after-hours emergency service on-call
• Maintain property grounds and building structures

📋 Requirements

• Ability to move or lift items up to 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus
