You'll guide Agile transformations for a large federal agency, coaching teams and leadership on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams at team and program level
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean principles and roles
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
• Help teams set up boards, workflow automation, and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of practical Agile experience
• SAFe expertise including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Scaling
• Experience as a hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building CI/CD pipeline with DevOps

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in IT-related field
• Certifications like SAFe SPC or CST
• Knowledge of secure coding and open-source tools
