You'll own end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets, ensuring compliance with local laws. You'll collaborate with People Ops, HRBPs, and Finance to deliver accurate, timely payroll. This role offers high precision and high trust in a flat, scaling organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets.
• Manage statutory submissions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax).
• Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations prior to payout.
• Coordinate payroll vendors, regional partners, and EOR providers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country or regional.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with strong problem-solving ability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EOR providers and regional payroll partners.
• Knowledge of automation and HRIS integration improvements.
