Description

Teach mathematics to middle and upper school students using student-centered, skills-focused practices. Engage with students beyond the classroom through clubs, activities, or athletics, and collaborate with colleagues in a supportive independent school environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Experience teaching math or in a related field
• Experience supporting a diverse community
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work on a rotating block schedule

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, student-centered environment
• Prepare and deliver lessons to assigned classes
• Participate in IB training if needed
• Meet grading, recordkeeping, and LMS posting guidelines
• Engage in school-wide activities and professional meetings
