🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across geographies
• Partner with engineering leadership and product managers
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices and tools
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of product features

📋 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 4 years in a management or leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Python, Go, or C
• Familiarity with TCP/IP protocol stack and network concepts

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and product challenges
• Experience with port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or signature development
