You'll lead a team of Customer Success professionals across APAC, balancing people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact. You'll drive excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensure your team consistently delivers measurable value. This role offers an opportunity to define the trajectory of AI at a high-growth company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CS team.
- Manage priority accounts and join key customer conversations.
- Set strategic direction for customer success initiatives.
- Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals and upsells.
- Build executive-level relationships across priority accounts.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or post-sales within SaaS.
- 8+ years of direct people leadership experience managing CSMs.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals.
- Strong player-coach mindset managing key accounts directly.
