  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CS team.
  • Manage priority accounts and join key customer conversations.
  • Set strategic direction for customer success initiatives.
  • Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals and upsells.
  • Build executive-level relationships across priority accounts.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or post-sales within SaaS.
  • 8+ years of direct people leadership experience managing CSMs.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals.
  • Strong player-coach mindset managing key accounts directly.
