💼 About This Role

You'll work 1:1 with children with autism to teach behavioral and communication skills in homes or clinics. You'll follow treatment plans by BCBAs, track progress in Central Reach, and collaborate with supervisors to help kids thrive.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay progress

📋 Requirements

• Availability Monday through Friday
• 18+ years old with valid driver's license
• Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days
• High school diploma or equivalent required

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification
• Background in child care
• Previous CPR/First Aid certification
