You'll provide leadership and oversight for school CTE programs and pathways in a diverse urban high school. You'll develop teachers through observations and evaluation, and foster school culture and community engagement. This role offers the chance to shape CTE curriculum and build industry partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee CTE programs and pathways
• Develop and evaluate teachers through observations and PD
• Implement school culture and behavior intervention systems
• Manage school budget and grant compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, CTE, or educational leadership
• Valid Michigan School Administrator Certificate
• At least three years of teaching experience
• Demonstrated success in instructional coaching and community engagement

• Master's degree in Teaching, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Valid Michigan CTE certificate
• At least three years of successful school leadership experience
