💼 About This Role

You'll join New Era Technology's Global Network Services team in Bangalore, providing advanced Level 2/3 support for enterprise data and wireless networks. You'll perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve network issues and support critical infrastructure initiatives. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge networking technologies and global enterprise customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise data and wireless networks
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers
• Lead network implementation, migration, and rollout projects
• Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM platforms following ITIL

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years of hands-on enterprise network operations experience
• Expertise in Cisco Wireless technologies including WLCs and APs
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE and enterprise authentication frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Cisco CCNP or CWNA certification
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800 WLCs and Wi-Fi 6/6E
• Exposure to network automation tools like Python or Ansible
