You'll join a graduate development program building AI-powered FinTech products. You'll design and deploy machine learning models in production, working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG techniques.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to product development from requirements through delivery
• Design, train, evaluate, and iterate on ML models and GenAI solutions
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact products

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in a STEM discipline obtained within the last year
• Programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (B2+)
• Based in Italy or willing to relocate; valid EU work permit
