💼 About This Role
You'll define and build Adaptive's customer onboarding and support processes in the EMEA region, owning the full customer lifecycle from implementation to ongoing success. You'll act as the voice of the customer, ensuring they realize immediate and long-term value from the platform. This role offers significant autonomy in a fast-moving, well-funded AI cybersecurity startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own customer implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support for enterprise customers.
- Lead customer kick-off calls and ensure smooth deployment.
- Act as first point of contact for customer-reported issues.
- Proactively monitor support channels for timely responses.
- Partner with Engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of Customer Success or similar client-facing role at a SaaS company.
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers in a technical environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
