Description

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Analytics stakeholders to conduct data-driven experiments and deliver features for MongoDB. You will own executive-level communication for a mission-critical program.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs
• Software development background with cloud storage and compute products
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure
• Skilled at communicating across diverse engineers and stakeholders
• Familiar with project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Rally, MS Project)

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering programs forward and maximize business value delivery
• Design, maintain, and improve processes and tools for program delivery
• Build strategic partnerships with Product and Engineering stakeholders
• Act as a mentor to junior TPMs
• Own executive level communication for the program
