You'll become a product expert on Agicap's platform, acting as a pivot between customer success, sales, and product teams. You'll tackle complex product and tech issues and deliver top-notch product training to business teams. This role offers a chance to drive impactful projects in a fast-growing European scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve product and tech issues raised by business teams
• Provide product training and documentation to business teams
• Suggest and lead projects to increase product value for users

📋 Requirements

• Degree from a top engineering school
• Fluent in English (French or Italian a bonus)
• First experience in a tech environment
• Strong team spirit working with CS, sales, tech, PM, marketing
