As a Trial Attorney at Alexander Shunnarah, you'll manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial, conduct key litigation activities like depositions and mediations, and advocate for clients in jury trials. You'll be supported with dedicated staff, AI software, and case expenses covered.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience preferred
• Active state bar membership in good standing
• Currently located in Arizona

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of ~150 cases, 50 actively litigated
• Maintain proactive communication with clients
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials
