π― What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team to exceed KPIs and goals.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and pipeline development.
- Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular 1:1 feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
π Requirements
- 2+ years sales management in cloud/enterprise tech.
- 2+ years inbound/outbound sales with proven success.
- Experience leveraging prospecting tools (lead gen, email, phone).
- Ability to hire, onboard, and train team members.

- Demonstrated experience with AI tools for workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Gong, Outreach.
