💼 About This Role

You'll support critical national security infrastructure by maintaining and deploying voice systems. You'll prepare specifications, conduct site surveys, and configure hardware. This role offers the chance to work on Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Land Mobile Radio systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hardware maintenance support, both preventative and remedial
• Deploy, install, and implement hardware systems
• Prepare engineering plans and site Technical Design Packages
• Configure computers, networking devices, and peripheral equipment

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator on similar programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or 5 additional years of SA experience)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification
• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Land Mobile Radio systems
• Knowledge of e911 systems
• Experience with video teleconferencing
