Description

You will lead the Business Continuity Management Program (Operational Resilience) at Ripple, ensuring seamless execution by managing Important Business Services, mapping dependencies, identifying risks, and leading testing. You'll collaborate across teams to maintain regulatory compliance and report to Board and Risk Committees.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience running Resilience or Risk programs in financial industry (payments/crypto preferred)
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and business impact analysis
• Desire to learn in an evolving global regulatory landscape
• Experience designing and facilitating readiness tests
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and lifecycle management of Important and Critical Business Services
• Maintain comprehensive mapping of people, processes, technology, and data
• Define and calibrate Impact Tolerances and Recovery Objectives
• Facilitate cross-functional testing program to validate recovery strategies
• Prepare high-quality reporting and KPIs for Board and Risk Committees
