💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to work in a fun, fan-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, and fixture merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
