You'll own the full employee lifecycle and office operations at a fast-growing AI startup. You'll ensure seamless onboarding, benefits administration, and vendor management, making the SF office run smoothly. This role offers a chance to build foundational HR and workplace processes from scratch.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee and contractor onboarding workflows.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity across BambooHR and Sequoia.
- Oversee SF office operations, vendors, and supplies.
- Coordinate internal events, team gatherings, and summits.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in People Ops or HR coordination.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with I-9 verification and e-verify.
- Experience handling confidential HR documentation.
