💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive growth and build scalable FP&A foundations at a rapidly growing cloud platform company trusted by over 4.5 million developers. You will own forecasting, modeling, and reporting that shape investment decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with GTM leaders on annual and quarterly planning
• Build and maintain sales capacity and productivity models
• Strengthen forecasting rigor and GTM reporting
• Analyze GTM performance trends to surface actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience
• Direct experience supporting Sales and Marketing in B2B SaaS
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel and Google Sheets)
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, pipeline, CAC, LTV)

• SQL or experience with large datasets
• Experience in high-growth startups or PLG businesses
