💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core business systems powering GTM, Finance, Legal, and Support at a data streaming platform. You'll drive a consumption-model systems transformation and manage a team of BSAs and architects, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-impact delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as senior IT partner to VP and C-suite stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Legal, and Support
• Own consolidated systems roadmap and drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to hypercare
• Establish delivery standards including project intake, prioritization, change control, and post-deployment reviews
• Lead, develop, and retain a team of five direct reports including BSAs and an Architecture team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing cross-functional teams
• Executive-level stakeholder management across multiple business functions in a matrixed organization
• Deep familiarity with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and billing/revenue systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, or Metronome
• Experience with consumption-model or usage-based billing systems
• Knowledge of SOX controls and ITGCs
