💼 About This Role

You'll lead a regional implementation function for enterprise and mid-market customers across EMEA, ensuring high-quality onboarding experiences. You'll build and manage a team to drive process improvement and scale delivery. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to streamline customer onboarding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop an EMEA-based team of implementation specialists
• Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding projects ensuring quality and timeliness
• Define, scale, and improve implementation processes and delivery models
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or professional services leadership
• Proven track record managing and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams
• Strong project and program management skills for complex implementations
• Experience with enterprise and mid-market customers in SaaS/technology
