You'll own marketing outcomes for Imprint's largest co-branded credit card partnerships, driving growth through planning, acquisition strategy, and campaign execution across paid, owned, and partner channels. You'll act as the CMO for your assigned partners, building annual marketing plans and optimizing full-funnel performance from application through retention. This role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic planning and partner relationship ownership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own marketing planning, execution, and performance for major co-branded partners.
  • Build and maintain 12-month marketing roadmaps with GMs.
  • Design and execute acquisition campaigns across paid and owned channels.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance: application rate, approval, activation, retention.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7-10+ years growth or partner marketing in FinTech or financial services.
  • Technical knowledge of marketing workflows across paid and owned channels.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms like Impact or AWIN.
  • Strong analytical skills tracking metrics like CAC, LTV, retention.
