💼 About This Role

You'll join the Launch Team at Anduril's new Arsenal-1 facility, performing assembly and integration of mechanical and electrical components for autonomous systems. Your work will directly support rebuilding America's defense industrial base. This role requires a 3-month training program at HQ in Costa Mesa, CA with housing and transportation provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow blueprints and instructions to assemble products or systems
• Use hand and power tools to put components together
• Combine subsystems into larger functional systems
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes and test results

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience performing mechanical/electrical assemblies
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools like pliers, wrenches, multimeters
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions
• U.S. Citizen required

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aircraft or ground systems fabrication and repair
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Forklift certification
