💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business sales of a homecare technology platform to agency owners, owning the full cycle from prospecting to close. You'll lead solution-oriented demos and build relationships with mission-driven leaders. This hybrid role is based in Bloomington, MN with in-office presence three days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive new business logos and exceed monthly revenue quotas
  • Lead prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Maintain high outbound activity through cold calling and strategic outreach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of quota achievement in new business sales
  • Currently residing in Minneapolis Metro Area with ability to work hybrid in Bloomington, MN
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% including overnight
