🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead MAVS team in designing Phase IV studies and post-marketing research.
• Oversee statistical strategy for secondary publications and post-hoc analyses.
• Partner with HEOR for payer engagement and value demonstration strategies.
• Apply advanced statistical methods for real-world evidence studies.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• Extensive experience in biostatistics within pharma or biotech.
• Proven leadership managing high-performing statistical teams.
• Expertise in clinical trial analysis and RWE methodologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting HTA submissions.
• Proficiency in SAS and CDISC standards.
• Experience with AI/ML in evidence generation.
