🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage external BPO partners for seamless service delivery
  • Produce reports and action plans to address KPI gaps
  • Coach and manage Customer Service Team Leaders
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize L1/L2 operations

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer service
  • 1+ year in team management
  • Degree holder with stakeholder management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
