🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage external BPO partners for seamless service delivery
- Produce reports and action plans to address KPI gaps
- Coach and manage Customer Service Team Leaders
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize L1/L2 operations
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in customer service
- 1+ year in team management
- Degree holder with stakeholder management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
