๐ผ About This Role
You'll join ClickHouse's global support team to assist customers across India, APJ, and EMEA via chat, calls, and Slack. You'll triage tickets, support pre- and post-sales activities, and partner with Go-To-Market teams on technical POCs. This role offers a chance to shape regional presence and work with cutting-edge real-time analytics.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings
- Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and open-source
- Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product teams
- Deliver first-line technical support within SLAs
๐ Requirements
- Technical breadth in ClickHouse or related domains (SQL, OLAP, cloud-native, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Previous experience as Support Engineer, TAM, DBA, SRE, or similar
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Availability for 24x7 global support schedule

- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with open-source technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) or data pipelines (Kafka, Spark)
