You'll join ClickHouse's global support team to assist customers across India, APJ, and EMEA via chat, calls, and Slack. You'll triage tickets, support pre- and post-sales activities, and partner with Go-To-Market teams on technical POCs. This role offers a chance to shape regional presence and work with cutting-edge real-time analytics.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings
  • Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and open-source
  • Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product teams
  • Deliver first-line technical support within SLAs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Technical breadth in ClickHouse or related domains (SQL, OLAP, cloud-native, Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Previous experience as Support Engineer, TAM, DBA, SRE, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Availability for 24x7 global support schedule

  • Experience with ClickHouse
  • Experience with open-source technologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) or data pipelines (Kafka, Spark)
