💼 About This Role

You'll own the AI infrastructure that makes agents reliable, fast, and safe in production. You'll build agent runtime, evaluation pipelines, and observability tooling for enterprise customers. This is applied AI systems engineering, shipping production systems that use LLMs and agent orchestration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain the agent runtime layer
• Design evaluation frameworks for AI reliability
• Optimize context management and tool orchestration
• Monitor and debug production AI systems

📋 Requirements

• Experience building production AI systems with LLMs at scale
• Full lifecycle ownership from build to monitor
• System design for AI handling non-deterministic outputs and cost
• Evaluation design with regression-catching frameworks

• Scalable distributed systems experience
• Security awareness in AI (prompt injection, etc.)
