Requirements

  • 3-5 years account management/client success experience in SaaS or marketing tech
  • Proven ability to manage agency customers with consultative approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with Agency colleagues for strategic partnerships
  • Support development of account plans aligned with customer and internal goals
  • Act as strategic partner to mid- and senior-level customer stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for product adoption and account expansion
  • Monitor account health and support renewal/upsell efforts
