Requirements
- 3-5 years account management/client success experience in SaaS or marketing tech
- Proven ability to manage agency customers with consultative approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data and analytics
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Agency colleagues for strategic partnerships
- Support development of account plans aligned with customer and internal goals
- Act as strategic partner to mid- and senior-level customer stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for product adoption and account expansion
- Monitor account health and support renewal/upsell efforts
