You'll connect therapist availability with agency demand in a hands-on operational and inside sales role. Your work directly drives visit growth and ensures patient care continuity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact agency partners to fill therapist capacity same-day or next-day
• Identify and convert near-term visit opportunities via direct outreach
• Manage service barriers and remove blockers to capacity fill
• Track capacity fill and report weekly visit growth to Operations Manager

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of inside sales or account development experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• Track record of meeting or exceeding volume-based targets

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare staffing or home health experience
• Experience in client-facing operational role
