💼 About This Role

You'll oversee full design and engineering for BESS infrastructure from concept to production, driving aggressive capital improvement programs at Redwood Materials. Your work will directly scale battery recycling and enable the energy transition by delivering low-cost energy storage solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects through design phases
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage permitting and construction document transmittal
• Coordinate project schedule with Procurement and Construction partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• B.S. in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
• Deep understanding of grid-scale energy storage technologies
• Strong knowledge of electrical system design and interconnection requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• PE or RA License
• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical installations
• Project management or EPC experience
