💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent solutions and support business development activities. You'll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery and budget compliance in a complex regulatory environment. This role offers the chance to become a subject matter expert in GRC while coaching team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer adoption project teams independently or with a team
• Manage project resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery
• Support sales with discovery calls, SOW generation, and scoping
• Develop strategies to drive adoption of Diligent GRC solutions

📋 Requirements

• Project management experience in enterprise environments
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in GRC domain or equivalent risk/compliance background
