You'll own feature delivery for the Aedeon product, building entirely through agentic coding workflows. Your core impact is setting engineering velocity and test-driven development standards for the team. This role stands out because agentic coding is the default not an experiment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own feature delivery for Aedeon product including findings dashboard and agent pipeline UI.
• Build through agentic coding workflows: write specs, tests, review, and ship.
• Set up and enforce test-driven development across the product codebase.
• Instrument engineering performance: test coverage, deployment frequency, velocity, defect rates.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building production web applications with React and Node.js.
• TypeScript proficiency.
• Agentic coding as daily workflow with demonstrable output difference.
• Experience building testing infrastructure from scratch including CI integration.
