You'll lead the orchestration of Outreach's revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless operations across Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk. Your core impact will be scaling GTM processes and implementing AI-driven sales plays to drive efficient revenue execution. This role offers the chance to architect cutting-edge systems for a leading agentic AI platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own admin, configuration, and health of core revenue systems.
- Translate revenue process requirements into system workflows and automation.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on GTM initiatives.
- Lead implementation of new quoting system and cross-functional process design.
๐ Requirements
- 8โ10+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in SaaS.
- Experience owning Quote-to-Cash and CPQ initiatives.
- Deep Salesforce experience; CPQ exposure strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with enablement systems and LMS.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with contract management systems.
- Migration experience with CPQ or RCA.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems.
