You'll lead the orchestration of Outreach's revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless operations across Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk. Your core impact will be scaling GTM processes and implementing AI-driven sales plays to drive efficient revenue execution. This role offers the chance to architect cutting-edge systems for a leading agentic AI platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own admin, configuration, and health of core revenue systems.
  • Translate revenue process requirements into system workflows and automation.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on GTM initiatives.
  • Lead implementation of new quoting system and cross-functional process design.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in SaaS.
  • Experience owning Quote-to-Cash and CPQ initiatives.
  • Deep Salesforce experience; CPQ exposure strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement systems and LMS.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with contract management systems.
  • Migration experience with CPQ or RCA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems.
