Requirements

• 6+ years in data or product analytics, preferably at a growing tech company
• 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role managing analysts
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or quantitative field
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; comfort with analytics tools
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar

Responsibilities

• Define and improve standards and best practices for product analytics
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product analysts
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and business relevance
• Personally lead complex analyses and high-impact deep dives
• Collaborate with engineering and product to ensure correct data generation and modeling
