Description

You'll lead Sendcloud's internal IT function, combining hands-on execution with team leadership to build a reliable, secure, and scalable workplace technology experience. You'll own onboarding, device lifecycle, access management, and collaboration tools while improving support channels and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Internal IT, workplace IT, or IT operations
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching in a small team
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, and device management
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and workplace support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small Internal IT team (1-2 direct reports)
• Deliver reliable employee IT experience across office-based and hybrid working
• Own onboarding, role-change, and offboarding IT processes
• Administer and improve core workplace systems (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, etc.)
• Manage lifecycle of laptops, peripherals, and workplace IT equipment
