💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients in the EMEA region, leveraging Sensor Tower's mobile market intelligence platform. You'll drive renewals, upsells, and customer satisfaction while consulting on data-driven mobile strategies and industry trends. You'll be part of a remote team collaborating across time zones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on renewals and upsells.
• Accelerate contract renewals and mitigate risk to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consult clients on using Sensor Tower data to drive strategic mobile app decisions.
• Deliver product education, onboarding, and ongoing training to maximize platform value.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Russian (written and verbal).
• 2-5 years of SaaS, mobile gaming, or ad-tech experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience with Quarterly Business Reviews and C-level discussions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and spreadsheet tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
