💼 About This Role

You'll lead Paytm Money's Mutual Fund and NFO business, owning the complete P&L, strategy, and growth. You'll drive customer acquisition and AUM scale by building India's most intelligent wealth platform. You'll also define the next phase of retail investing through product innovation and AMC partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end P&L for Mutual Funds and NFO business
• Lead NFO strategy and execution with AMCs
• Drive MF investor acquisition and SIP activations
• Partner with product team to build investment experiences
• Build and lead high-performing business and partnership teams

📋 Requirements

• 12–18 years of experience in wealth-tech, broking, or asset management
• Deep understanding of mutual fund ecosystem and distribution
• Proven P&L management and strategic planning skills
• Experience in retail investor acquisition and growth

• Experience with digital wealth platforms
