💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute digital marketing across organic social, email, SEO, and content for a growing software consultancy. You'll build the marketing team's foundation from scratch, collaborating with a UX/UI designer, freelance writer, and media buyer. This role offers remote work and the chance to scale a marketing engine from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute organic social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content briefs, keyword tracking.
• Brief and coordinate content production with freelance writer.
• Build and maintain HubSpot as CRM: automations, lead nurture, social publishing.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role experience.
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, community engagement).
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar project management tools.
