You'll join the Core Performance engineering team to build and maintain performance tests and test frameworks that underpin our platform's performance. You'll advocate for strong software engineering principles for performant software. This role offers growth into leadership within a supportive engineering community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain performance tests in Java and jMeter
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
• Monitor observability via Grafana for pipeline and production performance
• Collaborate with team to improve platform performance

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Track record of contributing to complex projects
• Experience with automated testing, preferably performance testing
• Experience with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins

✨ Nice to Have

• Performance testing with jMeter
• Java programming skills
• Knowledge of Grafana
