You'll serve as the connective tissue between health system clients and engineering teams, translating workflows into AI-powered solutions. You'll drive 0→1 deployments from pilot kickoff through go-live, owning timelines and stakeholder communication. This role combines product strategy, technical delivery, and client partnership in a high-growth AI startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead structured discovery engagements with health system clients
• Design bespoke AI workflow solutions with engineers
• Drive 0→1 deployments from pilot to go-live
• Define and track value metrics with clients

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare technology with provider operations exposure
• Client-facing delivery role (implementation, consulting, etc.)
• Ability to map complex workflows into structured requirements
• Willingness to travel 25-35%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at Epic Systems in Cadence, Resolute, or similar modules
• Familiarity with contact center technology (CCaaS, IVR, NLP)
• Understanding of HL7 FHIR, APIs, or EHR integrations
