Description

You will ensure clinical trial materials are delivered to patients on time and in optimal condition worldwide, leveraging third-party distribution partners. You will support drug approval by maintaining robust documentation and managing material flow from hubs to clinical sites.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical trial distribution or supply chain
• Proficiency with SAP and warehouse management systems (e.g., KorberOne)
• Ability to work independently and establish high-trust relationships
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub/depot operations including reception, shipments, labelling, and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfilment at hubs/depots
• Monitor SAP/KorberOne delivery lists, resolve shipment issues, and conduct investigations
• Approve Quality Notification Forms and create internal records for deviations, complaints, and changes
• Maintain accuracy across SAP, KorberOne, and IWRS systems
