You'll lead the full revenue acquisition engine for a fast-growing digital marketing environment, overseeing inbound and outbound lead generation, CRM optimization, and brand messaging. You'll work closely with executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and drive scalable growth through data-driven decisions and high-performing teams.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead the full marketing function including strategic planning and campaign execution.
- Own inbound and outbound lead generation for DTC health/wellness brands.
- Oversee CRM systems, pipeline reporting, and attribution tracking.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and referral programs.
- Lead content initiatives like podcasts, newsletters, and email marketing.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience with Meta/YouTube paid media.
- Proven track record building B2B marketing in agency, SaaS, or service environments.
- Strong experience with CRM management, attribution modeling, and pipeline optimization.
- Previous leadership experience managing marketing professionals.

- Experience in DTC supplements, health, or wellness industries.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with podcast strategy, content production, or no-code automation tools.
