Description

As a Senior Machine Learning Scientist in Appier's Ad Cloud Optimization team, you will design and productionize state-of-the-art ML models for bidding, pricing, and personalized content delivery in a programmatic advertising platform handling millions of queries per second. Your work will directly improve campaign efficiency and advertiser ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Math, EE, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 4+ years of industry experience in ad tech with focus on performance optimization
• Proven experience in applied ML, especially CTR prediction and recommendation systems
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Strong ownership and collaboration skills to lead end-to-end projects

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and productionize state-of-the-art ML models for bidding, pricing, and content recommendation
• Analyze large-scale user and auction data to discover predictive patterns and alpha signals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Improve system performance through offline experimentation and online testing (A/B tests, incremental learning)
