You'll own the execution and improvement of BJAK's compensation and benefits programs. You'll ensure reward structures are competitive, compliant, and scalable across markets. This hands-on role involves working closely with People Ops and leadership on salary reviews and benefits administration.

• Design and maintain salary structures and incentive schemes
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards
• Solid understanding of local labor laws and statutory contributions
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience with HRIS systems and spreadsheets
