Description

You will lead the controllership function through scale, complexity, and global expansion, ensuring integrity of the general ledger, internal controls, and financial data for audit, compliance, and reporting. You'll oversee global accounting teams and partner with FP&A, Internal Audit, Legal, Product, and Engineering to build scalable systems in an SEC-ready environment.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in corporate accounting or controllership in a high-growth environment
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Experience managing global teams and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills
• Experience with SEC readiness or public company accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and lead month-end and quarter-end close process across all entities
• Set standards for global chart of accounts and GL policy framework under US GAAP
• Oversee accounts payable, T&E policies, and corporate cash reconciliations
• Lead internal and external audit interactions and design scalable internal controls
• Develop and govern global accounting policies for new products and non-routine transactions
