Description

You will provide skilled physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and educating clients and families to promote independence and well-being.

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts

Responsibilities

• Make visits to clients in their homes
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, joint range, strength, balance)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and safety
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet
